You is a fresh newly made drama-thriller based on the novel by Caroline Kepnes which has been made into a Netflix series. The theme of this story is deeply written romanticism between two people Joe & Bec, Joe is portrayed by actor Penn Badgley who is eccentric cool in the role. Beck is played by the all-powerful and compromising Elizabeth Lail. Beck is an aspiring writer NYU graduate student in the MFA program. As soon as Joseph meets her, he becomes head over heels in love, and cannot stop thinking about her. His love becomes an obsession. Joseph appears charmingly brilliant so brilliant that Beck also falls in love him deeply.

Incisive, and outwardly smart Joseph appears innocent and filled with purity. He crosses paths with Beck & builds an intense relationship with her over the course of a year Joseph has dark secrets; secrets that could vitally haunt their relationships forevermore. Little did Joseph know that his secrets would come back to bite him. What is important for Joseph is to keep his relationship with her. Joseph has a dark past is mentally unstable. Joseph’s character is interesting in the age of social media people like this do exist, and it is unbelievable how dark the truth can be.

Beck discovers that these secrets that were haunting her would also affect their relationship. Joseph is a convoluted man with a deep and searing past that would also shock Beck. Joseph, however, is a strong independent man who would bring the best out in Beck and Beck brought the best out of Joseph.

The series is hotly, and ghastly attractive that is a brilliant culmination of horror, crime, love, tightly fit together as one genre. Beck is dumbfounded by the brilliance of Joseph, and his mesmerizing ability to be happy, and rational. Can love be darker? Can Joseph love her way too much is there a limit to love well this show seems to test the boundaries of that idea. Joseph is always thorough always trying to be the perfect man for Beck. Always trying to do the right thing towards her making sure that nothing gets in the way of their relationship. I would highly recommend anybody to watch this show that it is brilliantly written with no plot holes to keep you guessing.

I look forward to season two where Joseph is assumed to be living it up in LA.
